Rita is going to visit the dentist.

They are going to visit the museum.

The verb after "going to" is in infinitive.She is going to buy a new drees.Ernest is going to sell his computer.They are going to take a German course.

Future plans

We are going to visit our grandparents.

To express future plans we use "going to". This plans were decided before the moment of speaking.

We are going to get married. (we have dediced this before I spoke).

I am going to travelHe/she/it is going to travelYou/they are going to travel

Use the verb "to be" with "going to"
