Francisco Piazarro

Francisco was born in Trujillo, Spain, he was assassinated on June 26,1541.

As a boy as a boy he was a swine handler, that means he preformed tricks with pigs, he spent most of his early life in Hispaniola.

He helped Vasco Nunez De Balboa discover the Pacific Ocean in 1513. He had also been on two expeditions.

Piazarro's distant cousin Hernan Cortes was the conqueror of Mexico, which was from this region at the time.

Francisco was a Spanish conquistador. In 1531 he led 180 soldier on an expedition into into the Western coast of South America there he and his soldiers met with people from the Inca Empire.

Piazarro founded Peru's capital, Lima.
