Fort McHenry was home to the War of 1812, and it was built during the Revolutionary War (1776) to protect the people of Baltimore. Now, Fort McHenry guards the American flag in war and peace

Fort McHenry should be preserved, because our National Anthem was created because of Fort McHenry, and if it's not preserved, then a huge part of our Nation's history will be missing.
