What Strategies Does this Ad Use?-In President Obama's ad campaign, he appealed to the majority of Americans-the middle class. He stated that if the upper class folks could pay a little more, it would contribute to paying off debt. -President Obama's campaign also went over education, jobs for middle class citizens, and homegrown energy.

Why TV Ads?-Television commericals are used because candidates have more control over their message they are trying to convey. - Ads make us feel different emotions: our opinions on the candidates can strengthen, or raise doubt about the opposers.

President Obama's ad campaign had slight bias:He talked about how: "Governor Romney's plan would cut taxes for the folks at the very top, roll back regulations on big banks, and he says that if we do, our economy will grow and everyone will benefit. But you know what? We tried that top-down approach. It's what caused the mess in the first place." He then goes on to say: "I believe the only way to create an economy built to last is to strengthen the middleclass. Asking the wealthy to pay a little more so we can pay down our debt in a balancedway.
