FlippedClassrooms

A flipped classroom is the reverse of a more traditional learning set up. Students complete what were classroom activities such as listening to a lecture at home through the use of technology. In class they do activities that were traditionally considered appropriate as homework.

How?

There are many benefits to flipping a classroom. Students can complete online lectures at their own pace, reviewing them as required. Learning becomes more student centered. Teachers have more available time in class for one on one assistance of students. Students become collaborative learners.
