Accomplishment-In the 1980s, to honor Hine’s work, the NCLC created an award in his name-he was hired by the National Child Labor Committee to record child labor conditions-Hine was hired to record the construction of the Empire State Building

Biography-Born in 1874, Oshkosh, WI in the USA-His photographs mainly consisted of documentary.- His father died in an accident in 1892, and forced Hine to help sustain his the family financially
