Facemouse is a software program that uses a webcam and facial recognition and head movement to operate and use a mouse on a computer.

The student can move their head down to move the mouse down and an open mouth signals to click or cycle through possible mouse functions.

It can help students with limited ability to operate a conventional computer mouse due to paralysis.

Settings can be changed in the software to assign certain head or face movements to mouse actions... And it can be used in conjunction with the onscreen keyboard for writing and communication.

The software can be purchased on Amazon.com for about $500

Requirements: Windows 8, Windows 7 SP1, Vista SP2, 1GB RAM, 50MB hard disk space.Intel or AMD dual-core processor 1.5GHz or higher, CD drive, Webcam, Internet connection required for initial license activation
