You can do push ups no matter where you are, and not to mention they are completely free. You don’t need any expensive equipment or gym fees to pay! Your overall energy will increase, you will be able to do things without getting tired, and you will have better cardiovascular, muscular and lung capacity. Your metabolism rate goes up incredibly when you run for about 30 minutes a day. This allows you to eat more without getting fat or worry. In fact, you will NEED to eat more eventually, once you grow some muscles.
