Because it’s a form of aerobic exercise, swimming burns a great deal of calories and uses a lot of energy. Not only that, swimming also helps increase blood circulation. What’s more, it can also increase your lungs capacity.


Push-up is one of the most common and well-known exercises for the human body. Push-up is not only great for your chest, it also do a wonderful job of forming your abs, triceps, shoulders and torso. You can do push ups no matter where you are, and not to mention they are completely free. You don’t need any expensive equipment or gym fees to pay! Your strength will improve incredibly with only 30 minutes per week of push-ups.

Running is an aerobic exercise, which means that your level of endurance will go up. Your overall energy will increase, you will be able to do things without getting tired, and you will have better cardiovascular, muscular and lung capacity. Your metabolism rate goes up incredibly when you run for about 30 minutes a day. This allows you to eat more without getting fat or worry. In fact, you will NEED to eat more eventually, once you grow some muscles.
