Methodology

Communication and Dissemination

Teachers will be evaluated by our administrator. Evaluations will be shared with teachers immediately. Teacher success will be evaluated using teacher goals and data will be created using the Teachspace Reflect app.

Teachers and administrators will be trained in the summer. Administrators and teachers will use the software for a trial evaluation before formal evaluations are done. Administrators and teachers will use the data from the trial evaluation to create goals using the Charlotte Danielson rubric. These goals will drive the data for the year. After each formal evaluation teachers and administrators will look at the data to assess teacher growth.
