Elizabethian Theatre

Theater became with the Wandering minstrels who moved from one castle and town to to the next.They perfomed all around the would in that time there were no computer no cell phone so what they did was go to play.All travelling actor play to the audiences in the courtyards of taverns and they called it the inn yards. In that time there were no purpose to build theatre until 1576 when a theatrical entrepreneur called James Burbage father of the actor, Richard Burbage decided to capitalize on the growing popularity of plays.

The actor in Elizabethian time were Edward Alleyn, Henry Condell, William Shakespeare, Richard Burbage and John Hemmings
