Elizabeth Cady Stanton

She also wrote the Declaration of Senriments based off of the Declaration of Independence. The Declaration of Sentiments demanded full equality of women including the right to vote.Suffrage is another word for vote.

Elizabeth Stanton founded the Seneca Falls Convention with Lucretia Mott. The convention was to discuss the civil,social and religious rights of women.

Stanton worked with Susan B. Anthony on creating the newsly paper called, Revolution. The two of them also accomplished other things together.

Stanton and Anhony created the National Woman Suffrage Assosiation. They both fought for womans rights and believed that woman should have the right to vote. Stanton also became the president of the assosiation.

Elizabeth founded the National Womens Rights Convention which took place in Massachusetts. More then 1000 participants attended.
