Elizabeth Cady Stanton Women's Rights

1848Stanton held the Seneca Falls convention. There they talked about women's rights . Stanton drafted the Declaration of Sentiments.

1868-1869Stanton joinned Susan B Anthony in writing the weekly paper entitled "Revolution". She formmed the National Woman Suffrage Association (NWSA). She was the first president of this association.

1881Worked on a project with Susan B Anthony and Matilda Joslyn Gage. Together they created 3 volumes of the History of Women Suffrage.

1888Stanton helped prepare for The International Council of Women. It was one of the first women's organization.

1895 and 1898Religion was not a big fan on the Bible and how women didn't have equal rights. She wrote the first volume named The Woman's bible in 1895 and a second in 1898.
