Eiffel Tower

LA TOUR EIFFEL

The Eiffel Tower was supposed to be there only for 20 years.

Paris is the center of art and culture in French and it is known as the city of light.

The Eiffel Tower is 324 meters tall, and weighs 7,300 tons.

The Eiffel tower was desinged by Stephen Sauvestre a french architect

They started constructing at the Champ de Mars in 1887 and lasted two years.

It is named after Gustave Eiffel, whose company was in charge of the project.

Paris’s original name was Lutetia Parisiorum.

The Eiffel tower is related to Algebra because each of the iron columns has a certain slope that keeps it standing.

Precise calculation was needed to prevent the arches from failing and the legs from breaking because of the weight
