The Egyptians used music to express their feelings and emotions.

The Egyptians used music in festivals, parties, religious ceremonies, workshops, farms, palaces, tombs, and on the battlefield.

The Egyptians used different kinds of instruments such as violins, hand-held drums, bells, and trumpets

Music was expressed by dancing while singing

Egyptians brought music into their religions because it was a way to praise their gods and for the celebration of everyday life.

In poems, Egyptians wrote out the verses of the songs and then drew the verses out into a picture.


There were a lot of musicians who were the ones that played the music and kept it all organized.
