eating habits

I always eat a snack during the school but at the weekend I don eat anything because I wake up late

In the morning I usually drink a orange juice and sometimes I eat something more, like some cookies

I should eat something more to apport energy to my body. Maybe I can eat a piece of fruit.

I eat vitamins and proteins everyday but only 2-3 times in a day.I have dessert like a piece of fruit or a yogurth and before the main course I usually eat a salad.

I have a light dinner because in the night, during the week, I'm so tired.But at the weekend I usually eat in restaurats or I eat something special.

I should try to eat less junk food at the weekend but in general it's ok.

I shoukd eat anything to apport energy beause I stay a lot of hours withoutapport anything to my body.Maybe I shoukd eat fruit or juice.
