Eating disorders are mental illnesses that cause serious disturbances in a person’s everyday diet.The condition may begin as just eating too little or too much but obsession with eating and food can take over the life of a person leading to severe changes.

The topic I picked was to eat right because I think this has the most effect on kids. As a teenager it is not only important to stay fit but also to eat right. Eating right has a relationship to the Student Body Unit because you can choose healthy snacks, learn more about eating disorders, and explore nutrition.
