Dyslexia is a type of specific learning disorder that affects language and reading; however, these students CAN read, CAN read well, and CAN achieve what others can.


DefinitionIt is a specific language-based disorder characterized by difficulties in word decoding and phonological processing abilities. Dyslexia has different forms of language problems in reading and acquiring proficiency in writing and spelling.
