When alcohol is consumed in small amounts it can help with depression and anxiety but, when this is the problem many who comsume alcohol for this reason get out of hand and have more then they need. Drinking large amounts of alcohol can cause many different issues physically and mentally. Alcohol is a type of drug so like many drugs, alcohol causes the brain to react slower an hullucinate. Alcohol also takes effect on the human brain causing a person to loose their balance and concentration. When a large amount of alcohol is consumed it can make the person either happy, friendly, angry or aggressive, which can cause danger to themselves and people around them.

Besides the fact that alcohol does extremely unpredictable things to the brain it can also be dangerous to many other organs in your body. Drinking too much can lead to alcohol poisoning, which is fatal. When the body is intoxicated with alcohol the liver works twice as hard to remove the poisons from the blood, when this happens too often the liver faces many problems and will not function to the best of its ability.

Though some drugs are good for you, there are also others that are a hazard to your health. Some of the drugs known to be abused are heroin, cocaine, tobacco and many more. Drugs are commonly used for the same reasons as alcohol, to relax themselves and make them happy. But sometimes when drugs are taken it causes the person to feel anxiety, paranoid and even become psychotic. the use of drugs can cause many different health problems such as lung cancer, heart diseases, asthma and more. When drugs are used, concentration and learning becomes very difficult which makes the person less aware of his or her surroundings.
