Liver/gallbladder to pancreas

Pancreas- Produces a digestive chemical that breaks down the carbs Small Intestine- Where most of the digestion takes place. Its functions is the absorption of nutrients and minerals.Large Intestine- Removes water from the food, then passes the waste onRectum- Helps transport waste from the Large intestine to out of the body


Rectum to Anus

Mouth- Starts breaking down the foodEsophagus- Transports food from the mouth to stomachLiver- Produces bile, which is stored in the gallbladder

Digestion is the mechanical and chemical way of breaking down food into smaller substances

I chose this because I think its interesting and because Julia said I was doing it
