DFF - Stress, Energy Levels, Poor Performance

Statistics and Facts (Stress, Energy Levels, Poor Performance):

1. The high level of sugar that someone gets by eating too much fast food can put their metabolism under stress. It can also make them hungry faster because their body doesn't get healthy vitamins and minerals from it.

2. Eating fast food doesn't provide the proper nutrition (children our age especially need those proper nutritions because our bodies are still growing and developing) and it leads to your blood sugar level decreasing. This results in making you grumpy, fatigued, and cravinf for sugar.

3. Over 10 million donuts are consumed in the U.S. every year, and at least 1 in 4 peopls eat some type of fast food daily. This means that there are lot's of people everyday who have low energy, feel grumpy and tired because their bodies aren't receiving enough energy.
