Prevention:Although most forms of depression cannot be prevented as it as illness and may be triggered by malfunctioning nerve cell connections in brain circuits, it can be alleviated through healthy habits. For example, a healthy diet, getting regular exercise, and taking time out for fun and relaxation can sometimes help with depressive feelings.
