In January 1994 general Dwight Eisenhower was appointed commander of operation overload. in months and weeks before Dday which he then told the Germans, to trick them into giving them a fake location saying were the main invasion would be. By January 6 they had attacked France it started out with troopers geting out of planes and attacking france
DDAY INVASION
By the end of D-Day over 150,000 troops had landed on Normandy. They pushed their way inland allowing more troops to land over the next several days. after planning the invasion for weeks they had problems with the weather but finally had a decision to finally atack using air strickes even though the weather did have some effects to the allies to attack and fight back it also made the Germans think there was no attack and as a result they were not prepared
