Dine like a Roman

DinnerGather round at 4 in the afternoon where the feast will continue into the night!The starter is a dish of small fish flavoured with herbs and spices.Served next is the main course consisting of beef pottage and vegetables, with a glass of wine. We will end with fresh fruit and cheese, for dessert.

BreakfastWake up early at sun dawn to enjoy bread,cheese, and fresh fruit-- perhaps some apples, grapes and oranges.

Mid-day SnackA small portion of cooked ham, paired with a side salad.Other dishes to be shared by everyone include hard-boiled eggs, vegetables, cheese and bread.
