The internet is a fun place but can be dangerous so here are some prevention to stay safe.1. never give out your real name.2. Never tell anyone where you got to school.3.Only meet someone from a chatroom in a public place with your parents or another adult. If they are who they say they are then they will do this.4.never give out you address or telephone number.5. Never agree to meet someone from a chat room on your own.6. Tell an adult if someone make inappropriate suggestions to you or makes you feel uncomfortable online.
Cyber bullying is bulling that take place using electronic technology. Electronic technology includes devices and communication sites. Examples are mean text messages, embarrassing pictures, videos, websites, or fake profiles. Social media sites can be used for positive activities, like connecting kids with friends and family, helping students with school, and for entertainment. But these tools can be used hurt people. being bullied in person or on the computer it has the same outcomes. Kids who are cyberbullied are more likely to: Use alcohol or drugs, skip school, Experience in-person bullying, Receive poor grades, Have lower self-esteem, and have more health prombles.
dentity theft is a serious crime. Identity theft happens when someone uses information about you without your permission. There are ways to prevent from getting your identity stolen.Every time you shop in a store, you: watch your wallet, are careful with your credit card ot debit card, and do not tell peopel you Pin number. There are ways you can find out if someone is stealing your identity. you might see things you didn't buy are accounts you didn't open when you look at your bills.
