Cultural Observation and Hidden Curriculum

The culture at this meeting is a sub-culture of teachers that all work at the same school gathering together for a meeting.

A professional devolopment meeting is a learning environment for teachers because this is where they get together to discuss and learn strategies in order to grow as teachers and to help their students.

The learning enviroment I observed was a professional development meeting for k-5 teachers. The meeting was held at an elementary school inside a classroom.
