Liszt Ferenc Chamber OrchestraThe chamber is playing with the jazz-pianist Szakcsi Lakatos Robert on 3rd May. The playlist contains Bach symphonies and concertos in A and B major, A fugue and d-minor.The event takes place in the BMC concert hall. It costs 2500 HUF, but I would go there to see this performance.

Museum of transportationThis is a place where you find everything connected to transportation. In the permanent exhibition you can see vehicles from the public road, trains, airplanes, ships, spaceships and all the interesting things that move. A student ticket costs 800 HUF, but you can also check the exhibition about planes and spaceships for 400 HUF.

The complete works of William Shakespeare (abridged)You may know that Shakespeare was born exactly 450 years ago. This play is on in the National Theatre with 3 English actors, so the full play is in English. The actors try to show you all the 37 dramas of the playwright in approx. 2 hours. For example, Hamlet takes only 20 seconds to play. The next performance will be on 13th May, and the ticket costs 2600 HUF.

Bible MuseumThis museum is in our school's district, in Raday utca. It has got 3 main sections: Archeology and the Bible, the History of the Bible in Hungarian, the Bible around the World. If you wish for a guided tour for your group which visits the museum, it is available too. But if our literature teacher takes us there, we will not need a guide, she will be there. Unfortunately the permanent exhibition is still closed.

Tiger's Voyage - click hereThis book is released today(04.29.)! It is about a 19-year-old girl called Kelsey, who tries to save her love from the tiger curse. This book is the 3rd part of the sequel, the author is Colleen Houck.

32. Hungarian Press Photo ExhibitionThe event takes place in Capa Center between March and 18th May, and you can see the best press photos of the year. Admission for adults is 1500 HUF, but children and retired tickets cost only 700 HUF. There are more than 9000 photos!! This one won the most important prize.

3. Budapest Bread and Pastry FestivalThe best bakeries of the country are offering their products in Buda Castle from 10th May to 11th May. You can taste traditional types of breads and pastries from all the regions. The bread of Buda Castle will be also made, guests can taste this, too. Besides the foods, there will be concerts, folklore productions, contests, and games. CLICK HERE
