Depending on the keyboard you have connected to your computer varies the things you can do with your computer. Some keyboards can connect to your computer with wires such as usb conections and some keyboards are wireless. The keybord is what holds the letters and give you the abililty to type and put words on the monitor. Some keyboards fo above and beyound and you can control variety of things such as: sound, menus, games, some even can act as a mouse. Some computer keyboards can replace a mouse stroke with Touchpads, stroke your finger accross and it will act as a mouse. The thing about a keyboard is though some don't have a touchpad you can do all functions with the key pad and click different buttons so that you dont need a mouse. These are some help ways in which you can use your mouse and how it interacts with your computer.
