don't let runing become a habit

they will start to run 10 to 15 miles a day and sometimes 400 miles a week

If you start noticing that a person likes to run more often they will most likely have compulsive exercise disorder

They can consume more calories and exercise less so there anxiety level will go down and they won't think of runing any more

all they want to do is run or jog all they think about
