Clint Eastwood is one of the true Hollywood greats. Eastwoods style in directing movies have a suspense, love, and good cop bad cop motive. In all of Eastwoods movies there is some tension and with death and love the brings everyone to the edge of there seat. Eastwood uses the good cop bad cop motive to show that the two different sides of the law. and how sometimes all you need is a gun to clean up the street with a gun. "I read it as Eastwood trying to be 'badass' again, trying to be Dirty Harry again. "Gran Torino" is not that." this quote from a reviewer said that is it amazing how in some movies he can show that he is a loving father, but in others he can show the power of taking over the town with a gun!
