1.One common disease of the Circulatory System is hypertension which is high blood pressure. This happens when the heart works to hard and can lead to a heart attack, stroke or kidney failure.

1.First, the Circulatory System starts with your arteries, it carries oxygen rich blood from your heart to your entire body.2. Next, the arteries branch out to become capillaries.3. Capillaries collect waste from cells.4. Capillaries join together to become viens and the viens bring blood to your heart.
