Pomegranates are healthy and are a good source of fiber. They are also very fun to eat.

A Juicy explosion with every bite.

Pomegranates are a dull red and are usually the size of a soft ball. The seeds (the part you eat) are of the inside so you have to cut it and half. You then pull apart the white filling to reveal the ruby red seeds.
