Cholera
Cholera is spread by a water bourne Bacteria.
How is Cholera spread?
When their is a disaster, water becomes hard to find. That water is not very clean, at all. So the people living there become thirsty, they will drink any water they can find. They become infected by bacteria, then they spread the disease to their family and friends.

What's the micro-organism like?
The bacterium vibrio cholerae is the micro-organism. The bacterium incubates inside of it's host and produces enterotoxin, which causes the host to experiece vomiting and extreme dehydration.
Organism(s) responsible for the spread of the disease?
Once the bacterium infects it's host, it uses it's host to produce more bacterium and infect more and more people. So the organisms would be bacterium and even ourselves.
