Lewis Hines was an American sociologist and a photographer he used his own camera as a tool for social reformers.

Child Labor Laws: In the united states nemerous statues and rules regulating the employment of minors children labor laws effect the way children are today. child labor began to decline as the labor and reform movements grew and labor standards in general began improving,increasing the political power of working people and other society reformers to demand legislation regulating child labor.

Many children was determine to help provide for there families but underage children work at all sorts of jobs around the world,forms of child labor,including indentured servitude children work and slavery,have existed throughout america as industrialization which moved workers from farms into urban area,children were often preferred,because its managable cheaper and less likely to strike. by 1900,states varied considerably in wheter child labor standards and in the content and degree of enforcement.
