The Chief of State is a very important role for the President to fill. He goes to meet one on one with the people of his country. He interacts with them just as a diplomat would do whilst visitig other countries.

Chief of State

As Chief of State, the President acts as the peoples' inspiration. He goes to meet with students who have recieved scholarships, awards metals to fallen heros, and even more admirable feats.
