Fun Fact!The oldest human remains dating back to 13,000 B.C.were found in 1959 on Santa Rosa Island.
PlantsThere are many rare plants such as the Island Barberry,Soft-Leaved Paintbrush, and the Sea-Cliff Bedster.
Islands It consists of 5 islands: Santa Miguel, Santa Rosa, Santa Cruz, Anacapa, and Santa Barbara.

HistoryFirst it was made a National Monument on April 26, 1938,then a National Biosphere Reserve in 1976.
WildlifeMore than 2,000 different species live there. 145 of which are found nowhere else in the world.
Some of the largest sea creatures like the great whale and blue whale swim there. Including me!
Santa Miguel Island
Fun Fact!Painted Cave is one of the world's largest sea caves, measuring 1,215 feet in length, has a 160 foot entrance, and is almost 100 feet wide.
LocationIt's located in southern California. It is the least visited of all America's parks, being hard to get to.
Check it Out!Channel Naional Park is a series of several islands that ia surrounded by the Pacific Ocean. Even if it's hard to get to, it has the most amazing wildlife and sites that everyone wants to see.
