11/30 is a new concept that is trying to get people to note that 2 hisorical roadways meet in Chambersburg. ----><---- The Capitol Theatre opened as a movie theater on February 3, 1927, but in 1996 the Capitol has some renovationsand is now a community arts center.

Enhancements to the facility included 7,000 seats artificial turf, a running track, concession stands, restrooms, ticket <-------booths and parking lots.
