They are membrane-bounded vesicles that enclose enzymes, those enzymes are synthesized by cytoplasmic ribosomes and transported into a peroxisome by carrier proteins.

What is a Lysosomes?

It consists of stacks of three to twenty slightly curved sacs. It is also referred to as the post office of the cell: collects, sorts, packages and distributes such as protines and lipids.

They are membrane-bounded vesicles produced by golgi apparatus. It contains hydrolytic digestive enzymes better yet known as the garbage disposal.
