Caryl Walling

Hi, my name is Caryl Walling, and I am a Quality Assurance Specialist for Baker College Online & Center for Graduate Studies. I have four degrees with majors in Math, Science, Community Relations, Geography/Earth Science, Teaching, and Public Administration. I have training and experience in teaching and administration. For several years, I worked as a teacher and special education program advisor for the Montrose Community School District. During my second term in graduate school, Caryl was appointed as a research fellow at the University of Michigan-Flint. This fellowship later evolved into an independent contracting business which works in partnership with universities throughout Michigan and Ohio.

Current Extra-Curricular Project

I have been working over the past three years to establish a non-profit for the prevention of child abuse and neglect. In partnership with two major universities, we will be a center of information for newly named mandated reporters.
