Carbon Footprint
A carbon footprint is the amount of carbon dioxide and other carbon compounds produced because of the use of fossil fuel by a ceratin person (you).
On the steps I am already doing to help our eco-system, I am avoiding 561lbs of Co2 per year. This is the same as a car driving 598 miles. If all the stdents in the USA took the same actions I do, all together they could save 230,070,472,000 lbs of Co2, that is the same as a car driving 245,408,503,467 miles.
In 2011 the world's carbon footprint had the total of 33,376,327 tons. USA is second after China. We had the carbon foot print of 5,420,000 tons. More factories have been build which builds up to the pollution. If we have more people who want to take an action to reducing our Carbon Footprint, than it would reduce the pollution in the air.
