Certain solids and liquids can make a gas when they are mixed together. In my experiments, the gas they made was Carbon Dioxide.

Can a solid and a liquid make a gas?

I looked on the computer to find experiments I could do to find out if a solid and liquid could make a gas. We went shopping to get the supplies I needed and then I started my experiments.

I think that some solids and liquids will not make a gas and some will.
