Caddo lived in communities of grass and cane covered houses. They had civic ceramonial centers.

Caddo lived in East Texas.Thier land extended in Louisiana,Arkansas,oaklahoma. Caddo had a good amount of rainfall.They had a good climate for farming. There are alot of watery space. You would see mostly pine trees. Bellow the river there are alot of trees like oak ,walnut,and pecan. these trees provided nuts for the Caddo.

Caddo united ten tribes '' including Arikara and Pawnee.'' "Caddo homeland stretched from Western Lousiana, and Arkansas to Eastern Texas and Oaklahoma.'' Drum Dance reanacts the second world. Legend says that giant monsters destroyed the 1st world by eating the people. The Caddo remainned thier land for a century. The Caddo leader told the people to hide their animals. Wild rains flooded the world and the great turtle dug around the monsters' feet till the monster drowned. During the 18th centurey Caddo migrated to Texas.

Stickball is also called "The little brother of war" Stickball is played to ask the spirits for rain or health. Stickball helped them with their hunting, fighting, strength, courage, staying powerful, swiftness, and keeness of the eye. stickball is also played by ather tribes.
