Buddhists believe that nothing is fixed or permanent and that change is always possible. They encourage people to avoid self-indulgence but also self-denial. They believe in the concepts of  Karma and reincarnation.

Buddha was a man who was a teacher, philosopher, and spiritual leader. He is the founder of Buddhism. Buddhists believe that Buddha was one with God. Buddha means "the enlightened one."
