Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie


1) Blend all the ingredients into a blender and enjoy! Then add a whole grain english muffin on the side for some carbohydrates in the morning!

Ingredients:1 plain vanilla yogurt5-6 strawberries1 kiwi peeled1 cup ice1 whole grain English Muffin and either glass of white or chocolate milk

Smoothie: Servings 2/ Serving Size 1Calories: 63.6 Fat: 0.3 g.Protein: 8.2 g.Carb. 15.8 g.Fiber: 4.9 g.

*make sure the blender is tightly closed before blending ingredients!
