Guiltless Egg and Bacon Sandwich

Directions

1) In a small bowl, combine egg whites, salt, pepper and scramble.2)Set a medium frying pan on low flame, spray pan with pam when hot.3) Add peppers and saute 1 minute, then add eggs and cook, stirring frequently. 4) Then add crumbled turkey bacon and mix well until eggs are cooked.5). Place the pita in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and cut pita in half. Stuff with eggs and enjoy!

Ingredients:3 egg whites2 slices of turkey bacon, cooked1 tbsp chopped green pepperPam SpraySalt and PepperThomas whole wheat mini pita pocketA bananna on the side A glass of milk on the side
