Boxing is martial art and a combat sport when two people throw punches at each other with boxing gloves on. The aim of boxing is to weaken there opponent and knock them out.Boxing is an Olympic and a Commonwealth sport. Another Type of boxing is Kick boxing. This is when they can use hands and feet. First you will need a partner or a punching bag. Make sure you have boxing gloves on and a mouthguard (if you’re doing it with a partner)Make sure you have your hands up against your head to protect your jaw and temple because they are the best knock out points.To fight you need the right stance make sure that your Front toe and back heel is on the centre line. Dominant hand back if you are right-handed, put the right hand back.When you punch the punching bag or partner make sure when you punch that if you punch with your left hand make sure that your left side of your jaw tucks up to your left shoulder and your right hand protecting you right side of the jaw. Then do the same when you punch with the right.
