The Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) was founded to confrount American racism and segregation. It was founded By Plack power prominent figure Stokely Carmichael.

Malcom X was was an African-American Muslim minister who fought for human rights in African-Anerican's lives. He is known as one of the most infuencial african americans in the civil rights movement.
