description
the feeding habits of birds are very varied. The mouth has a beak and no teeth.the sape and size of the beak is directly related to their eaten habits.Birds do not to chew food; they store and soften it in part of the oesophagust called the crop.In the stomach there is a very muscular area, the gizzard, wich helps to grind the food.they breathe with lungs wich are connected to the air sacs. This increase their pulmonary capacity and the amount of oxygen take in.
