5 exercises to help balance:1. Simply stand on 1 foot! Make it competition with your family to see who can stand on 1 leg the longest.2.Stand on one foot on a trampolie and get someone to either jump or walk arund you.Try not to Fall over.3.Play hopscotch only using 1 foot.4.Put 2 lines of tpe on the ground. Pretend the tape is a balance beam and do not step off the tape. If this gets too easy try doing it with your eyes closed or on a real balance beam.5.Sit on an exercise ball while playing a board game at a table.
