Agriculture can only happen where there isgood soil, and it veryimportant to the economy.(the most famous farms arethe potato farms on P.E.I)

Forestry is also veryimportant to the econmy, it has roughly 48 000 workers and is very sucessful in there paper and strong pulp industry using 65% of there wood harvest

Fishing was one of the most popular jobsin the Atlantic Maritime,unfortunately overfishingcrashed 7 major fish stocks and there weren'tmany fishing jobs for a while

One of the main carnivores found here is the bobcat. This animal inhabits wooded areas, forest edges and swampland enviorments. The bobcat mainly preys on hares and rabbits

The Atlantic Maritime has many trees and forest areas including red spruce, black spruce, white spruce,red pine, jack pine etc

The weather in this region is strongly influenced by the Atlantic ocean, which makes cooler summers, and warmer winters. This region also experiances many storms due to high precipitation
