Symtoms of AsthmaWheezing, blue fingers and lips, nonstop coughing, rapid breathing, difficulty talking , chest tightness, feeling paniced, and pale and sweaty face, and irregular sleeping patterns.

Asthma is a respiratory condition marked by spasms in the bronchi of the lungs making it hard to breath. This is usually caused by an allergic reaction,or other forms of hypersensitivity.With asthma there is inflmmation in the airways that carries oxygen to the lungs.

Asthma normally starts in your childhood. 25 million people are known to have asthma.Especially because there is no cure to asthma. Asthma increases the risk for a haert attack. Cockroaches can trigger asthma and ao can dustmites, smoke, and pollution in the air.

In 2011 approximately 27% of all americans that have asthma were under the age of eighteen. If you have asthma you shouldn't leave garbage and/or food out so that cockroaches won't get attracted to it. If you have asthma and a pet with fur don't allow it in your room.

If one of your iritants is pollen and/or outdoor mold make sure to keep your windows and doors closed.Try to stay away from strong oders such as purfume,paint, and hair spray.

If a family member smokes than either ask them to quit or to not smoke in the car,house, or in any enclosed spaces.Another trigger is food sensitivitys. Some of the foods and drinks are Beer,wine,shrip, dried fruit,and procssed potatoes.

In 2011 they did a survey and it showed that there is more women to have asthma than men.Asthma is a condition that can not be cured.You can prevent asthma attacks by taking an inhaler.
